TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A)  UNDERTAKING

​      Lombardi Travel undertakes to provide all sevices offered subject to the terms and               conditions once accepted by each client.

​B)  TERMS OF PAYMENT 

     We require:  50% Deposit payment with bookings of each Tour.                                                                           

​                           50% Fourty five days ( 45 days ) before departure date of Tour.

​PAYMENTS MUST BE DEPOSITED INTO THE FOLLOWING BANK ACCOUNT:

​C)  CANCELLATIONS

     Cancellations 31 days before Tour Departure Date. -  80 % Payback of Deposit ( Bank Charges Excluded.)

     Cancellations 30 days before Tour Departure Date - No Refund of Any Payment.                                                 (  WE HAVE TO PAY HOTELS,  EXCURSIONS, TOURBUS EXT. 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE  )

D)  AIRLINES

      Lombardi Travel will have NO responsiblities for the booking of flight ticket to and                   from South Africa.  Tourists must book and pay for their own return flight tickets to and from South Africa.

E)  LUGGAGE

​    One suitcase and one hand bag per person is allowed.  Lombardi Travel accepts no responsiblity for loss or damage to luggage or personal property from whatsoever cause arising.  Passengers are advised to take up adequate insurance cover.

F)  DELAYS

​    Lombardi Travel shall not be responsible for the consequences of any delays whether arising from accidents, breakdowns or any other cause.

G)  RESPONSIBILITY

​    Lombardi Travel is not responsible for any damages sustained by any passenger as a result of any act or agent whatsoever of any Hotel, Airline or Person, not withstanding the fact that  Lombardi Travel acted as agent of such Hotel, Airline or other person.

H)  LAW

​     The law of the Republic of South Africa shall govern the relationship between Lombardi Travel and the tourist and the Courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have sole Jurisdiction in respect of any claims and / or disputes which may arise between Lombardi Travel and the Tourist.

I)  PROOF OF BOOKINGS

​    Confirmation of bookings will be send to traveller as soon as 50% deposit is received.
